江西省弋阳县男子侯某，因在抖音发布视频称该县火车站被洪水淹没，被认定为造谣并被拘留5日。警方在通报中亦称该视频内容就是该火车站出站口被一米多深的洪水淹没，所以不清楚警方是如何将其定义为了谣言。

成都市新都区女子徐某，因在微博发言批评南京的防疫措施，被指“伤害了南京人民的感情”并被刑事拘留。徐某的微博原文中有一句“不死一波不足以消我心头之恨”，具有争议。值得注意的是，事发后黑河市和鄂州市网警均转发了一篇声援徐某的文章，但都立即删除。文章中说到徐某指的是让当地官员以死谢罪。

Chengdu woman Xu held under criminal detention for criticizing Nanjing’s pandemic preventive measures on Weibo. Notably, police departments from two other cities expressed their support to Xu and then immediately deleted it, which is very rare, if not unprecedented.
