河南辉县两名农民因说捐赠行为是作秀而被拘留。河南辉县日前遭到洪灾，当地两名农民看到有捐赠车辆到了之后，将捐赠物卸下（拍照）就装车拉走，遂拍摄视频说这是在作秀。乡长立刻进行制止，随后警方赶到，将2人带走并拘留5日。乡长称捐赠物被重新拉走是因为他建议将其捐给更有需要的人。
