陕西咸阳男子李某，因在微信群内散布“谣言”称“打完疫苗不能立刻做核酸，否则就是阳性”，被当地警方罚款500元，警方称其“谣言”严重影响了疫苗接种工作。然而，广东疾控发布消息称，打完疫苗立刻做核酸确实可能导致检测出假阳性。事件引发议论后，咸阳警方已经删除了该案件通告，不确定是否已撤销处罚。
