湖北省应城市男子张泽曦，因在互联网（疑似为推特）发布“辱骂他人的推文200条”，被判处有期徒刑10个月。判决书中没有提及张泽曦具体“辱骂”了什么人，但依据中国法律，如果张辱骂的是普通人，案件将是由辱骂对象提告的自诉案件，而本案却是公诉案件，可以推断其“辱骂”的是国家领导人。

Re 依照中国法律，诽谤案只有两种情况可以公诉，一是被害人由于某些原因无法提告，而本案判决书中完全没有提及被害人，也没提及被害人被侵权的描述，可以排除。
而张泽曦以诽谤罪被刑拘后，罪名又改为了寻衅滋事，更加确认其“辱骂”对象是国家领导人。
