3月17日，四川省筠连县男子张某因违章被交警处罚，便在朋友圈发文称交警为“狗日的”，并说交警只有贴单时搞得快，出警就慢。警方得知张某得言论之后（大约是为了澄清其所称的“贴单快，出警慢”的谣言），当即出警并连夜将张某传唤到派出所，随后将其拘留8日。
