据环球时报英文版，今天全网通报的马某煽颠案其实又是一起典型的因言获罪案。文章称，马某全名三个字，1985年出生于温州，现为杭州某IT公司硬件研发部门总监（所以显然不是马云）。马某的主要“罪行”为在某群组里发布大量反动信息，但因其直言不讳其目的推翻中共政权，因此案件成了煽颠案。

All Chinese media outlets are reporting a case where a man surnamed Ma in Hangzhou got arrested for inciting subversion of state power. According to Global Times, Ma was arrested for posting a lot of “anti-China” info in an anonymous group, aiming to “subvert the CCP government”.
