上海碎片 ——
2022年3月1日，中国上海市因对境外输入病例管理疏漏、缺乏有效疫苗保护、疫苗施打率不足等问题，引发COVID-19奥密克戎变异株BA.2以及BA.2.2社区大规模传播，随后这座人口超过2,400万的城市进行了全市性大规模封锁，从「分批封控」、「全域静态管理」，到「三区防控」、「有限活动」，系自湖北省后中国首次对一级行政区进行全面封锁措施。截至5月10日，已有无症状感染者556,784例、确诊病例56,383例、死亡560例。这轮疫情也已外溢至江苏、浙江、安徽、北京、陕西、山西、海南、江西、河南、湖北、湖南、福建、贵州、广东、重庆等地。
在毫无准备、极端混乱的封控措施下，市民日常生活受到极大负面影响。由于无法获得及时适当的医疗护理，不完全统计至今已有近两百人死亡；由于无法获得医疗帮助、迫于政策压力等原因，也发生数起自杀事件；被隔离者的宠物被残忍杀死；失信的核酸检测结果线上系统下，违反人权的强制转运和隔离手段，未成年与父母被强制分离等事件，凸显人道主义问题十分严重；封城造成以往正常的市场交易与物流完全失效，长期被吹捧的线上购物却令物资分配更加难以有序进行，以及数字鸿沟带给年长者更大危机；争议性的连花清瘟胶囊挤占物资配力；福利院老人未死亡而被装进裹尸袋拉走；播放《国际歌》遭公安传唤；将楼栋用彩钢板等硬质设施封闭的「硬隔离」引发肢体冲突；强行入户消杀……
而中国大陆诸如微信公众号、微博这一类封闭的、充满政治审查的社交平台，也成为亲历者记录所见、表达愤怒、思考反思的一隅之地。因此我从三月份开始收集整理这些碎片，以及中国本土媒体、国际新闻媒体等报道，整理发布在 Telegram 频道中。因篇幅限制，4月底之后的部分发布在另一处，目前也快达到篇幅上限，因而整理后发布于此，后续更新也请关注这篇文章。
