河南省内黄县男子张某，因在推特使用5个账号（@9RI1mjFjUpM1toU, @4UDF6HrfvZg5FBX, @zangf7, @zangf77, @rU9fqfowAfj8QaX）发布了百余条“抨击我国现行法律制度、损害国家领导人及共产党形象等涉政虚假信息”，并将其转发到微博，于2020年4月被提起寻衅滋事罪公诉，判决结果不详。

Henan man Zhang, who posted over 100 pieces of info on Twitter that “attacked Chinese legal system, humiliated state leaders and the Party” with his 5 accounts, and forwarded those info to Weibo, arrested in Oct 2019 and prosecuted in Apr 2020. The sentence remains unknown.

四川省自贡市贡井区公安在抖音发布了一段视频，内容为其办理了一起赌博案件，抓捕了16人并查扣了20万元赌资。当地男子杨某评论该视频称“是抢劫16人，不是被抓”“贡井土匪抢劫16人，抢得钱财20万”。警方认定其评论诋毁了警方，遂将其拘留14日并罚款900元。

Police in Sichuan said on Douyin that they arrested 16 gamblers and confiscated 200k RMB from them. Local man Yang then commented on it that police robbed 200k from the 16 people. Yang was later detained for 14 days & fined 900 RMB for “slandering police”
