四川省眉山市男子易肹弘，因在贴吧发言“诽谤”了当地市委书记和市长以及多名国企领导（实为指控他们徇私枉法），被当地公安拘留8日。易肹弘不服，提起行政诉讼，称自己的言论属实，且对方并未报警，所以其言论不应构成违法，但一审二审均败诉。

Sichuan man Yi Xihong, who got an 8-day-detention for defaming local mayor and municipal party secretary on Internet, sued the police over the punishment. He claimed that his remarks were true & the victims did not even file any complaint, but the court upheld the punishment.

其实在去年7月，山东临沂也发生了一起类似事件。当地一家口腔诊所门口的LED显示屏被黑客入侵，然后滚动播放“交警二逼城管二逼”的文字。当时当地官方唯一做出的回应就是警方已介入调查，但是自此就没有了下文，所以该黑客应该是没有被抓到。

Two men in Liaoning Province, both surnamed Zhang, detained for 5 days by police in last July for performing a street show in which they played a Japanese soldier and a Chinese traitor. Police claimed the show insulted China.
