China cyberspace authority recently announced that it has dealt with 1.34 billion Internet accounts for violation of laws in last year. In other words, in average every Chinese citizen had their Internet accounts restricted by the government last year.

河南省滑县男子肖某，因在推特上转推“抨击我国宪法、攻击我国现行法律体系、损害国家领导人形象等混淆视听的虚假信息”，于2018年9月被滑县公安电话警告要求删推。肖某答应之后并未执行，同年底，滑县公安前往广东东莞肖某居住地将其跨省抓捕并刑拘。次年4月，当地检方以寻衅滋事为罪名对肖某提起公诉。

Henan man Xiao, who retweeted “false info on Twitter that attacked the constitution, judicial system and leaders of China”, arrested in Dec 2018 and prosecuted in Apr 2019. Police ordered Xiao to delete his tweets via phone call at first, which Xiao agreed to but did not do.

Re 甘肃异议人士龙克海再被拘留：5月26日，甘肃徽县国保以“虚构事实扰乱公共秩序为由”传唤异议人士龙克海，6月12日，龙克海被国保以“非法持有恐怖主义物品”和“虚构事实扰乱公共秩序”为由分别处拘留10日，共拘留20日。龙克海实际观看的视频为谴责战争的视频，其发表的言论是涉及社会时政的言论。

Re Gansu dissident Long Kehai detained again in June. He was accused of possessing terrorism related media and falsifying facts to abrupt public order. Both charges were apparently politically motivated and he got a 20-day detention punishment in total.

安徽蚌埠一名警察刘建（曾获十佳人民警察称号），因于近日在网上发布视频曝光其单位警察存在私自烧毁卷宗导致案件无法侦破等违规违法行为，被以寻衅滋事罪为由刑事拘留。图3为其提到的被烧毁的卷宗的灰烬。两个月前，刘建也发视频曝光称自己在警察局内被十多名领导殴打，而局长当时就在场旁观。
