10月12日，新疆网信办又通报了4起涉及疫情的网络“违法违规行为”，又是4起因言获罪案。其中一起是一名阿瓦提的男子因在网上说当地要给动物做核酸而被警方批评教育。当地是否真的准备给动物做核酸我不清楚，但是这事在全国早已屡见不鲜了，并且这个说法显然远远达不到干扰防疫的程度，不构成违法。
