2018年8月，浙江新昌县男子黄某因在朋友圈发布了一段视频并配文“城管打人”和其它“侮辱性文字”，被认定为发布煽动性言论并被拘留7日。警方称该视频的内容属于断章取义。

Back in Aug 2018, a man surnamed Huang in Zhejiang got a 7-day-detention for posting a video in WeChat that he said to be about police brutality. Police claimed Huang’s video was a misinterpretation of the incident.

An unnamed student at Sichuan Fine Arts Institute imitated the Beijing protester by writing anti-dictatorship remarks publicly. Now it is said the student has been “taken away” by police.
The information of the arrest is unconfirmed, but is sadly the only way it could end up.
